Steve is an astute commercial leader who has spent over 35 years of his career holding positions of responsibility for project delivery (PFI/P3, DBB, DB, CM/R) as either a contractor’s in-house developer lead, or a owner’s project procurement advisor.

Controls Lead
Ken brings over 48 years of experience in construction and public infrastructure development across British Columbia and Alberta. A professionally qualified Quantity Surveyor, he combines technical expertise with practical, real-world insight gained from delivering complex projects.
