About Us

We ask the right questions, right from the start.

We know the questions to ask because we have been down the road many times on infrastructure projects. Our expertise has boots on the ground experience, to walk the talk.

From working on “both sides of the fence”, that allows us to anticipate situations before they occur, saving you both time and money in the long run.

Looking to strengthen your construction management expertise?

We help teams build practical, real-world capability through tailored mentoring programs delivered both online and in person. Our approach is clear, structured, and adaptable—designed around your specific project needs and organizational goals.

Whether you're upskilling your team or enhancing project delivery performance, we provide focused guidance that translates directly into better outcomes on site.

Our Leadership Team

Our leadership team has over 100+ years of combined experience in the fields of project investment, procurement and controls management. Our team is dedicated to providing clients with the commercial advice centered on effective risk management and the integration of the technical, service, commercial and financial aspects - key to the successful outcome of all projects, large and small.

Steve is an astute commercial leader who has spent over 35 years of his career holding positions of responsibility for project delivery (PFI/P3, DBB, DB, CM/R) as either a contractor’s in-house developer lead, or a owner’s project procurement advisor.

Steve has an in-depth understanding of what makes for a successful project having experience in the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure including accommodation projects (hospitals, schools, secondary education, residential and retail), power and solid waste projects, as well as light rail projects. Such expertise includes preparing the initial commercial statement, leading the procurement process, through contract management, operationalization and in-service monitoring of the asset.

In 2016, Steve founded Infrastructure Bridge as a boutique company with the aim of providing infrastructure owners and providers alike with practical and timely procurement, risk and commercial advice, guidance, management and governance - all of which contribute to the successful delivery of their infrastructure projects, and thereafter if required, to provide ongoing monitoring of the asset’s commercial performance.
