Steve has an in-depth understanding of what makes for a successful project having experience in the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure including accommodation projects (hospitals, schools, secondary education, residential and retail), power and solid waste projects, as well as light rail projects. Such expertise includes preparing the initial commercial statement, leading the procurement process, through contract management, operationalization and in-service monitoring of the asset.

In 2016 Steve founded Infrastructure Bridge as a boutique company with the aim of providing infrastructure owners and providers alike with practical and timely procurement, risk and commercial advice, guidance, management and governance - all of which contribute to the successful delivery of their infrastructure projects, and thereafter if required, to provide ongoing monitoring of the asset’s commercial performance.
