As the Canadian business leader of Balfour Beatty Investments Canada, Chris originated and managed the bid and project teams, set up process, risk and shareholder governance systems and took full responsibility for performance with respect to both the client (Provincial Health Services Authority) and Balfour Beatty North America executive team. Chris was also central to all commercial and equity investment relationships with joint venture partners, project lenders and their respective advisers. 

Chris also served as Executive Director at Vancouver Coastal Health from 2018 to 2022, accountable to the Board for over CAD 1 billion in annual capital investments. He oversaw approximately 80 healthcare projects each year across various stages of design and delivery.
