Chris played a key commercial and strategic role in the project, establishing and developing relationships with local joint venture partners and funding institutions. Responsible for managing stakeholder engagement at both project and corporate levels, including preparing and presenting equity investment analysis, approvals, and performance updates to the Balfour Beatty plc Board.
